Managers Comment: Bish has been a mainstay of this club for the past 4 seasons since being one of the main driving forces during the formation of the side. Primarily a goalkeeper he has come into his own this season in a more attacking role. He is yet to score his first goal for the club but came close from the penalty spot in 2004 against East Grinstead Utd IV and was unlucky not to score earlier this season in a cup game at Danehill.
Captains View: aka Bish, Bean, Blue, Ghost, Safe Hands, Sideshow Bish, Clean Sheets ... the list is endless. Bish loves ECFC, so much so that he recently spurned an offer from Cowden Mavericks to be their player manager. Bish will be looking to compete for the number 1 jersey with Lamprell this season, although going by pre-season form, bish may need to take a lie down if the competing goes on longer than 2 minutes.
